Evans Theatre Mission Statement

The Evans Theatre Department strives to produce students of character with a knowledge and appreciation for theatre while providing beneficial tools for life.

Jeni Eberhard-Director

Jeni Eberhard (Ebs) is going into her 23rd year teaching theatre. This is her 10th year at Evans. She grew up in Plano and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Communications with Secondary Education from Sterling College in Kansas. She was a theatre director in Plano ISD and private schools for 14 years but is thrilled to be teaching in McKinney ISD since it's so close to home. When not teaching and directing at Evans, Jeni enjoys family time with her husband and 5 kiddos. You can catch her onstage at The Comedy Arena in downtown McKinney doing professional comedy improv with ComedySportz Dallas. She is passionate about teaching theatre and hopes to support each of her students on their journey to BE BRILLIANT!
